Welcome to Vinse Active Pre and Post Natal fitness training, where we help you exercise with ease and confidence during pregnancy and postpartum. Through our on demand fitness subscription and group fitness classes, you will learn how to safely exercise to feel strong during pregnancy, prepare for childbirth, and recover postpartum.
Our goal is to help you feel empowered to make decisions about your body and exercise routine from a place of knowledge-not fear.
Unlike any other fitness programs, we understand the exercise modifications needed to accommodate for common pregnancy and postpartum issues, such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and lower back pain, which directly impact how you move. With our specific training techniques, you will learn how to reduce, manage, and rehab some of these common issues so that you can safely continue moving your body.
We want to help you embrace the challenges that this new stage of life brings and provide you with appropriate, safe, and effective training programs which will help you experience a more joyful and active pregnancy and recovery.
